Central Park is already home to the Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) and its £38million National Biologics Manufacturing Centre and Teesside University’s National Horizons Centre. It is adjacent to the East Coast Main Line, offering direct rail links with London in under two and half hours and Edinburgh in less than two hours.
