Flagship Development
Central Park is a strategic site and an innovation hub that supports the growth and development of local companies with a focus on digital and biosciences. It is adjacent to the East Coast Main Line, offering excellent links to London and Edinburgh. It is home to CPI’s £38million National Biologics Manufacturing Centre and Teesside University’s £22million National Horizons Centre.
New business accommodation at Central Park will be created imminently with the build of Business Central Two. This development will provide new start-up office space combined with clean space or laboratories, adding further to Central’s Park’s existing bioscience skills and innovation assets.
