Strategically Positioned

Symmetry Park is strategically positioned adjacent to the A66, to the east of Darlington town centre, accessed from the new Darlington Eastern Transport Corridor. The site extends to some 36 hectares (90 acres) with an outline planning consent for 1.6millionsq ft of B2, B8 and associated roadside uses.

The site is home to a 1,500,000 sq ft distribution centre for Amazon. The facility, a robotic sort centre, represented the largest industrial and logistics deal in the North-East of England

Phase 2 Development

Phase two of the development will provide options for up to 577,500 sq ft for further logistics space on a design and build basis, or potential for new mixed-use accommodation such as a hotel, petrol filling station, drive thru, restaurants and offices.
